Registration is open for UK Kidney Week 2026, taking place from 10–12 March 2026 at the Harrogate Convention Centre - and the event offers exceptional value for kidney professionals across all roles.
Member rates for the full three-day conference start at £300 for multi-professional team members and scientists, £350 for trainees, and £500 for consultants, including VAT. Non-member rates range from £420 to £700. A special hotel-inclusive offer for multi-professional team delegates and scientists is available at £500 (member) or £700 (non-member), covering two nights of accommodation.
That’s three full days of learning, collaboration and networking for as little as £300 - including access to educational sessions, workshops, opportunities to connect with national experts, lunch, refreshments, a conference dinner and drinks reception.
When compared with other UK medical conferences - where fees for two- or three-day events typically fall between £400 and £600, and specialist renal or academic courses can exceed £1,000 - UK Kidney Week 2026 remains highly affordable for its scale, scope and quality.
“We recognise that for some individuals, especially those working in smaller teams or with caring responsibilities, attending any national event can be a financial challenge,” say organisers from the UK Kidney Association (UKKA), “that’s why the UKKA continues to provide grants and carer support to help remove barriers to attendance.”
Delegates who require additional help can apply for a UKKA attendance grant, which offers funding to support registration costs. The UKKA also provides a flexible Attendance Support Fund to meet additional childcare or dependent-care costs incurred as a direct result of attending UKKW.
These initiatives reflect the UKKA’s commitment to ensuring that every member of the kidney community - across all professions and career stages - has access to the learning, collaboration and development opportunities offered at UK Kidney Week.
