EOIs open for Medical President of the UKKA

Help shape the UKKA’s direction, represent medical members and contribute to national conversations about kidney care. We are inviting current UKKA medical members to put themselves forward for election as our next Medical President.

"Taking up the role of Medical President for the UKKA has been an enormous privilege - I have had an opportunity to see and help shape national kidney policy,  have learnt about cutting-edge kidney science, and have seen superb clinical excellence and quality improvement projects. I have been struck by the commitment and imagination of an extraordinary kidney workforce as well as partners in charities, regional networks and sister organisations. The challenges are exciting and rewarding, and the support fantastic - I would encourage anyone who wants to make a difference to consider stepping forward and applying for the new post – it has been an amazing journey!" - Katie Vinen, current UKKA Medical President
