A trainee is invited to join the Advanced Nephrology Course (ANC) faculty as Co-Course Director (SpR).

The ANC is a flagship annual, multi-day education course delivered by the UK Kidney Association. It plays a key role in supporting nephrology trainees, particularly those preparing for specialist clinical examinations, and is delivered by leading experts in the field.

Role overview

Working alongside the Course Directors, Prof Alan Salama, Prof Sunil Bhandari and Dr Lynne Sykes the postholder will:
•    Contribute to programme development, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the kidney curriculum and exam-relevant topics
•    Ensure the course content reflects and meets the needs of nephrology trainees

Person specification

•    Demonstrates insight into the key issues relevant to the course and trainee audience
•    Actively engaged in the renal community and/or UKKA activities
•    Contributes to a positive and collaborative working environment

The Co-Course Director (SpR) will serve a three-year term. Applicants must be current members of the UK Kidney Association.
