Expressions of interest are invited to co-chair the UKKA Supportive Care, Special Interest Group.

Working alongside the current medical co-chair, you will help to provide education, training, learning resources and clinical recommendations for multi-disciplinary healthcare professionals working in kidney care, to enable them to deliver safe, effective, person-centred care for adults and children with end-stage kidney disease receiving supportive kidney care (including those not starting or choosing to stop dialysis).

The SIG supports a task and finish-based approach. If you would like to discuss the role informally, please contact Karen Jenkins, Supportive Care Co-chair.

To apply, please send a brief expression of interest statement* outlining what you feel you can bring to the role to ukka@ukkidney.org by 29 May 2026.

*All HCPs predominantly working in kidney care, need to hold current UKKA membership to be considered.
