CKD Connect webinar (Primary Care)

As part of CKD Connect, NFK are hosting a free educational webinar for healthcare professionals on Wednesday 9^th December from 13:00-14:00, with a particular focus on supporting primary care teams to recognise CKD earlier and strengthen ongoing management. The session aims to provide practical education and expert guidance to help healthcare professionals identify early-stage CKD and associated risk factors, support informed conversations at diagnosis and build confidence in managing CKD in primary care.
