Clinical Resources
Supporting healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality kidney care
Our clinical resources support healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality kidney care across every setting, from the community through to specialist services.
The UK CKD Guide and the AKI Guide provide practical support for everyday clinical practice. Alongside them, the Early and Integrated CKD Knowledge Hub helps services work together to improve care for people with or at risk of CKD.
Our e-learning catalogue and webinar archive support professional development across the kidney workforce, covering a wide range of clinical topics. Selected courses are open to all, and members have full access. Our resource library also brings together information produced by the UKKA and endorsed by us.
Through the Kidney Quality Improvement Partnership (KQIP), we lead national programmes that improve kidney care across the UK, including work on home dialysis, transplantation and advanced kidney care. KQIP also runs the National Kidney Patient Survey, an annual national survey that helps kidney teams understand and improve people’s experience of care.
