Patients and families
Research into rare kidney conditions depends on the people who choose to take part. RaDaR brings together information about participants’ diagnoses, treatments and test results to help researchers understand how these conditions develop and how people respond to treatment.
Kidney Care UK provides information about rare kidney conditions, including symptoms, diagnosis and treatment, with links to further support.

Taking part in RaDaR
If you or your child have a rare kidney condition and would like to find out about joining RaDaR, speak to your kidney team. They can explain whether you are eligible, what taking part involves and how information would be collected and used.
Taking part is voluntary. You can take time to consider the information and ask questions before deciding. Choosing not to join will not affect your care.
