About the BAPN

What we do

We support paediatric nephrology by:

• Promoting high standards of care for children and young people with kidney disease across the UK
• Supporting education, specialist training and continuing professional development in paediatric nephrology
• Organising scientific meetings and educational events, including the BAPN Annual Scientific Meeting, and contributing to UK Kidney Week
• Supporting collaborative research, quality improvement and national clinical audit
• Contributing to national guidance, standards and policy affecting paediatric kidney care
• Bringing together professionals working in paediatric nephrology to share knowledge, experience and best practice
