The DAYLife Mentoring Programmes connect kidney centres across the UK to support the growth of shared haemodialysis care and peritoneal dialysis through structured, peer-to-peer mentoring.
Mentors and mentees build capability together through regular paired meetings, development days and dedicated QI training, supporting teams to strengthen services locally.
